| Registration Opens | November 6, 2023 | |
| Registration Fee | $2,000 | $600 per city |
| Additional representative: $1,000 | Additional representative: $300 per city | |
| All participants registering for Nepal will be charged a flat rate registration fee of $2,000. | ||
| Registration Deadline | December 8, 2023 | |
| Payment Deadline | Within 15 business days of registering for the tour | |
| Registration is not considered confirmed until complete payment has been received. If an institution has registered and not paid within the stipulated timeline, their registration will be cancelled and may be offered to another. | ||
| Cancellation | EducationUSA fair cancellations received on or before December 22, 2023 will be reimbursed 50% of total price minus the cost of wire transfer fees or processing fees. All cancellations requests made after December 22, 2023 will not be reimbursed. Cancellations can only be made by sending an email to southasiatour@educationusa.org. | |
| Visa | Upon arrival | |
| Participants must obtain a visa for Pakistan prior to arrival through the Pakistan Ministry of Interior visa portal https://visa.nadra.gov.pk/how-to-apply/. | ||
| EducationUSA Pakistan will provide instructions and an invitation letter. Visas are typically granted within 10-14 days. To avoid possible delays, participants should apply for a visa as soon as possible after receiving the invitation letter from EducationUSA Pakistan. | ||
